- Pool/Hot Tub: We offer optional pool heating from October-May for $200/day, starting the 24 hours prior to your arrival so it's ready for you! Please inquire. The hot tub is always hot and ready! - Day Guests: NO unauthorized guests. Day guests are $100 per guest to use the amenities at the home. - Pets: We do have a pet fee of $99 so please add your furry friend to your guest count. Any unauthorized pets will be $500. - Smoking: No smoking inside the home or within 10ft of an entrance to the home. Please pick up after yourself. Any extra cleaning fees regarding smoking will be charged to the guest - Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. - Late Check Outs: If you would like a late check out please inquire. Unauthorized late check outs past 15 mins will result in $100 fee per half hour the team has to wait. - Left Items: Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address to cover shipping and handling
