We allow a maximum of 24 guests. Airbnb will allow you to book for 16 and for guests 17–24, we charge $50/guest/night. Bookings over 16 guests must be approved with an accurate guest list. Once booked, you will receive confirmation for up to 16 guests. Please message us with your finalized guest count (if it is over 16) and we will send a payment request for the additional guests and update your reservation. Only when payment is received for the total guest count, will the reservation be considered confirmed. Please note that our fireplace is not operational for safety reasons.
